The hotel is in an excellent location in the temple and weekend night market part of town. It has good parking, rooms are a good size with excellent housekeeping service. It was described as having a balcony and Mountain View, the balcony is not really a balcony, more of a corridor to access your room and not private and not sure about the Mountain View! There appeared to be a Thai breakfast you could pay for in the mornings but it wasn't clear to us what that included or even how much it was. We walked around the corner to the Hot Bread cafe for a lovely western breakfast and great tea/coffee etc

− Some comfortable seating area in a garden or outside area would have made all the difference at the hotel.There is nowhere nearby where you can sit and get a cold beer in a pleasant, relaxing environment, the hotel should definitely consider offering this.
