1.0Nothing! Absolutely disgusting!
− Disappointed, Disgusting, Didn’t even stay. Walked in room, it was yellow and sticky everywhere from cigarettes (non smoking room) I walked in, and went straight back to desk and told the lady that i couldn’t stay there due to the smell, she was nice and i was nice. She gave me a receipt showing me that she refunded my money, and now Booking is holding on to my money! Even though i have a receipt and did not stay there!!!!

2.0The whole reason I booked the room was for the pool and the pool was about half full of nasty water and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about a year. The heat lamp in the bathroom didn't have bulbs and the stopper wouldn't work for the tub. The AC unit's wiring looked a little iffy.

4.0When I first arrived, they couldn't find my reservation. The room was dirty, and the curtains did not close completely. The staff couldn't care less if I stayed or not.
