6.0The room is dark in general, one light not working. Sower head can’t not be fixed. Staff not professional. No extra pillow. Air smells nasty.

8.0My room has everything i need, bed was a little bit hard but i still slept well. The receptionist is not helpful, he was using his personal phone and not helping guests, even though i rung the bell several times, he didn’t care

10.0We only stayed at Incheon Airstay Hotel for one night because they ran a shuttle bus to take us to the airport the next morning. But there was so much more the hotel offered. Our room was huge compared to other stays in Korea. We were a short walk to the local park which made foravery relaxing afternoon. There are lots of places to get food and we had the best burgers ever at a local restaurant. Hotel staff were very helpful and we were at the airport the next morning with no fuss at all. When I am in South Korea again I will only be looking to book at the Hotel Airstay
