− Lorsque j'ai voulu réserver un taxi on ne m'a pas aidé et quand je suis partie et que j'ai voulu vérifier si je n'avais rien oublié, j'ai aussi vérifié sous le lit... mouchoirs sales, pantoufles, balle... le ménage n'est clairement pas fait correctement

1.0− 第一次到濟州島住宿，遇到服務最差的旅店。店員只用韓文，英語中文都不行。幫忙叫計程車也不願意，叫人自己路上攔車，或app叫車。房間很小，地毯也很髒。一點都沒有4星的價值

9.0The location is supreme, convenience stores and restaurants as well as gift shops / regular shops within a 10 minute walk distance. It is also right outside a few bus stops so you have access to public transport quite easily. The staff were welcoming and helpful in explaining about the reservation and hotel facilities in English. I definitely recommend this hotel. The cleanliness was good, fresh towels for the spacious bathroom and some slippers + a hair dryer.
− This isn't really a negative but I could not figure out the A/C at all, some instructions would be helpful. Toiletries are not included but are offered through a vending machine in reception, however I'd still go to a convenience store for best pricing!
