7.0The location was great and breakfast had a good variety. I liked that there was a makeup mirror in the bathroom.
− There was no elevator which made carrying luggage to the first floor challenging. The step down into the room and from the bathroom can be dangerous and someone could get hurt. The room size was a bit small, but adequate for a 1 night stay.

9.0Friendly staff. It was nice having someone there for the majority of the day. We had issue with flushing in our first room and they gave us another room to say in immediately. Only stayed one night but really liked the location and coziness of the place.
− I thought bed was comfortable but my partner did not find it as comfortable. Only stayed one night but really no other complaints than that.
Amazing time at Regola Hotel
9.0The location was phenomenal, close to everything, plus in a very quite street The staff was super nice, the breakfast was great and on-point, the rooms was cleaned every day, and there was a great air-conditioner We had a really nice time!
− The shower was a little small, and sometimes late at night there wasn't enought hot water in the shower.
Exceptional service and great location
10.0The service at Residence Regola is exceptional. Front staff were very helpful and friendly, room was clean and breakfast was served at requested time in the room. Location is excellent - within walking distance to main sites in central Rome and also close to Trastavere. I want to especially thank the lady that helped us when we got locked out of the hotel on Sep 1st. I forgot the keys in the room but when I messaged the property I received a prompt response and we were able to get back in quickly. Thank you very much!
