− A bit dated and could do with some modernisation in the bedrooms. Walls had some huge cracks but overall a nice place.
Lovely hotel and amazing staff but avoid upper rooms in a hot summer
9.0Staff were lovely and cheerful the whole time, trying to sort out the impossible task of making our room a little cooler.
− So so hot it was actually like a sauna! No other rooms available and they brought us an additional fan and were helpful, but the heat was radiating from the ceiling and in my opinion should not have been let out or they should provide some air conditioning. I normally love the heat but this was terrible. The fan was just circulating hot air so we mostly left our door open as the corridor was cooler or went downstairs to the bar.
