4.0This is an older property. Also, there are weekly/monthly/permanent renters that live there. It is in need of a lot of maintenance, repair and updating. The room had been "cleaned" but was not really clean The mattress was bad. The bathroom towels were not good. The A/C worked. The water got hot for the shower. The TV worked. If you can afford an extra $20-$30 per night, there are other better options. The owner/manager and front desk person were very nice and accommodating.
