8.0The room itself was very nice but there were some minor repairs that needed attention such as loose bathroom doorknob, loose toilet seat and loose lightbulb fixture over bathroom sink.

6.0A nice enough overall setting but the rooms need a coat of paint, additional locks on the doors and better control of the humidity. Our 1st room smelt awful. Possibly moldy.
