チェックイン、チェックアウト、全てセルフだが、近くにスタッフさんが待機しており、いつでも質問できる環境がよかった。交通も便利でとってもよかった。また利用したい。

10.0長崎駅からも路面電車の近くの駅からもすぐの場所で利便性が良くホテルの場所もわかりやすかったです。 チェックイン前にもチェックアウト後にも荷物をロビーのロッカーに無料で預けることができ、街中を歩くときに楽でした。

8.0チェックアウトしたい時間が駐車場が開く前の時間帯でしたが、心良く対応してくださり、予定通りの時間に出発することができました。ありがたかったです。
