6.0水が変な味がした。シャワー、歯磨きの際口に入るが、心配でした。ゴールド会員の旨を伝え、グレードアップを要求したが、理解していなかったように思われる。『あなたの部屋は既に良い部屋です。』と説得されて応じた。ゴールド会員なのに残念でした。

8.0由於疫情期間, 所以早餐的選項很少, 房間浴缸的熱水很小, 要等半個多小時才能泡澡而且算是溫水..但是整體的住宿感覺還是不錯的

10.0Very nice hotel and a great location. The staff was very helpful when we needed and always had a smile. The food at this hotel is very tasty. We didn't miss anything. We will defently stay here again.

10.0建物自体は新しいため清潔感あり。部屋も広く綺麗であった。部屋にはペットボトルの水が6本あり滞在中に水を買うことは無かった。またコーヒーのポーションが4個あり、エスプレッソが楽しめる。シャワーは熱いお湯がたっぷり出るので問題なし。 滞在中にジムを使用したが最新機材が多い＋スミスマシンあり、十分なトレーニングができた。無料の水とタオルあり。 食事は朝食だけ頂いた。種類が多く楽しめたが少し炭水化物系が多いと思う。しかし味や種類は問題なく楽しめる。ホテル内のイタリアンも評判が良いので、次回は試したいと思う。 ホテル入退時のドアオープンや挨拶、レイトチェックアウトにも対応してくれた。シャングリラやパンパシフィックに比べると少し繁華街から離れているが、全く問題なく楽しめるお勧めのホテル。
