5.0I did like the views from the property, and it was easy to access the bigger towns like Coffs Harbour for shopping and other activities.
− There was no air-conditioning and the place was quite hot. The room was very bright, and definitely needed darker blinds to be able to get a decent sleep-in. There were no luxuries like Netflix or even the option to connect to any streaming service if we wanted a quiet night in.

− Dish washer leaked ,lounge head rest was broken ,dirty stained cushion on bed , bed was uncomfortable, mould on toilet windows, couldn't open screen doors. Only stayed two days I paid for three worst place I have ever stayed. And buy the way tops of fans filthy and mould on top of curtains in lounge and main bedroom.
