10.0Beautiful property perched on the hill overlooking Hiriketiya Beach. Well laid out common area with spacious bedrooms and ensuites nearby. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teenagers and we made good use of the pool, outdoor lounge area and the small library of books and games. The property and grounds are maintained to a very high standard. Only short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants but the villa itself feels private and secluded. Amazing staff who were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We appreciated them arranging laundry service and massages, nothing was a problem. The food was delicious and varied for our group of 8. Communication with the villa manager was easy and professional and they made contact during our stay to make sure we were happy with everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Beautiful villa in a great location
10.0We loved how esthetic the Villa is. Loved how communal you can be in different area’s, ie pool, lounging, eating. Shandana and his team were incredible. Very attentive in the perfect way. The chef is great too- we highly recommend this stunning place.

5.0nice location, great view.
− old house, not well maintained, weak AC, not a cosy or comfortable house. absent staff, food menu says all day dining but we could not even get a coconut… Food not good: we ended up having all our meals in restaurants even the breakfast (that was included). Pool not well maintained, strangely surrounded by mud so not practical at all. overall very disappointing you can feel that this house is managed by a company that is not from the area and probably count too much on the location of the house I suppose. sad.

10.0Location couldn't have been better for us- away from the hub, lovely and quiet but still just a short walk to the village centre and surrounded by excellent places to eat. Pool was perfect- we couldn't have wanted more! Having a chef in house was the biggest treat for us!! Breakfast was wonderful everyday and lunches and the 'Hoppers' themed dinner was fab!!
