I really enjoy each time I stay here. Love the location of it. So many great things to walk to. The room was clean and the larger fridge was such an added bonus.

I really love the location. You can walk to anything that you may need. The room was perfect for me. Good size. It was clean and ai liked the decor.

The bed bugs were awful painful and I dont appreciate paying for the second night in bed bug hotel

I was bitten by bed bugs all over my body and I only received a refund for the first night stay and I asked for a full refund but was denied by the staff. I had to go to the emergency room at Grosmont Hospital for treatment. Paid for two nights but left the bedbug infested hotel before I stayed there for the 2nd night and then I went to the Motel 6.

− A full refund would have been better, no bedbugs would have been better. The staff was very rude and insisted on keeping the payment for the second night and I was at the Motel 6 and had to pay them too.

Big dissaointment. I will never book in this hotel ever again

− the property failed to provide the room I reserved. When we arrived from a long flight they gave us a small dirty rooms.

i wasn’t in my room for 5 seconds before i left and asked for a refund

− it smelled like cigarettes, there were people smoking crack and weed in the parking lot, music blasting and it was overall very uncomfortable
