Nice central location in Puerto Villamil
8.0Once I was in the new room with working air conditioning everything was really nice. The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean with good water temperature and pressure. A good breakfast was delivered to my room every morning. The staff were very helpful. The room was cleaned every day. There was bottled water in the office area to fill you water bottle for the day. The town is pretty small, so nothing is very far.
− There was a bit of confusion when I first arrived. The air-conditioning wasn't working. After the long ferry ride and walk into town. (I didn't realize how far the ferry landing was from the town center, I was hot and tired. The staff person went to figure out the air-conditioning, so I jumped in the shower fast. 2 minutes later there was a knock on the door. They were moving me to another room.

Exceeded my expectations. More like a hotel than a hostel
8.0They staff was friendly and helpful. I don’t speak great Spanish and they were patient and made sure I was comfortable. My room was clean, breakfast on the terrace was nice and the amenities (hot water, wifi and AC) were perfect.
