6.0Both gentlemen were very nice & polite. There was a lack of cleanliness. Ice machine was broken. The room didn't have any coffee cups or washcloths. Outside maintenance should be addressed.

2.0Oh boy, I have never seen a place in this condition. I was staying alone and literally walked in and left within minutes. There was a hole in the bathroom floor. The curtain rod fell off. The carpet was beyond stained and I was literally afraid to touch anything let alone sleep there. I could see light through the edge of the door and the door lock was comical at best. I literally felt so unsafe, that I returned to my car and drove near where family was staying at the race track and slept in my car where I felt much safer. This should not even be a choice on Hotels.com. I don't mind rustic, but this was something else.
