Perfectly located for a visit to Komagatake
9.0Located right beside one of the Komagatake Ropeway bus stops. Hotel offers free pick up to and from the Komagane train station or the bus interchange station from Shinjuku. Spacious room and good indoor/outdoor onsen for soaking after hiking Komagatake. Omakase dinner service was fantastic

8.0何と言ってもスタッフの方々のきめ細やかな心配りと笑顔が最高。早く着いてしまったがロビーで待っていると直に準備が整ったからとお部屋に早めに入れて戴けました。床は塵一つなく清潔に清掃されている。団らんできるコーナーではセルフサービスで飲めるお茶、お水、白湯が用意されていた。所々に飾られている素朴で可憐な季節の花々にも癒されました。お風呂も広くて明るく、隅々まで清掃が行き届いていて気持ちが良かった。

− L’établissement est vieux, mal entretenu. Les planchers de la chambre étaient sales, il y avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain qui était minuscule au point que la toilette était en angle…
