− Shower leaked. Hair from previous guests in the shower. The hotel attempted to fix the leak.

10.0A gem of a hotel, everything brand new. Very modern amenities, I especially appreciated the bathroom with full shower cabin, Nespresso machine with probably 12 capsules of coffee... Loved my stay!
− my room was small but that is mostly the rule in NYC, the quality of decor fully compensated room size
