We really enjoyed the entire property, especially the pool area. The rooms were spacious. The staff were prompt and very helpful. Special thanks to Mr Chanaka. Mr Chanaka was always accessible and was prompt to help with any queries. We would highly recommend this property. If I go back to Hikkaduwa, I would definitely rebook this property.

We stayed at the beautiful Hikka Resort from 15th-23rd June and we could not recommend the villa enough. From start to finish our point of contact Chanaka was attentive and ensured that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from organising trips for us, to making sure we had everything we needed alongside are talented cook Chandrika who cooked us the most beautiful breakfast/lunch/dinner. The villa is beautiful, it has everything you need for your stay and felt very secure. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and clean and were all cleaned during our stay, the AC system was fully functioning and the pool was also cleaned during our stay. We used the beautiful tranquil pool every single day and the temperature was just right. We would also like to give a huge shout out to Sampath our driver, who picked us up from the airport and took us to and from our day trips, he made our travelling so much easier and we couldn’t have done it without him. The villa is about 15-20 minute walk to turtle beach and takes even less time to reach the first of the restaurants and bars, if the walk became too much in the heat a tuk tuk was always available which was great as the week we visited it was 32 degrees but felt like 39 degrees. We would highly recommend Hikka Villas to anyone who is thinking of staying in the hikkaduwa area, we had the most unforgettable 8 days which were made even better by Chanaka, Chandrika, Sampath and the welcoming bar and restaurant staff that we met during our stay. A big heartfelt thank you ❤️❤️

A good place for group of 14-16 people to spend quality time together.

It’s a Huge property….. and much bigger and better than the photos in the link. It gives complete privacy and huge pool where we can spend quality time in water with entire family of 14 people. There are spaces for family get together in dining, lawn, sitting areas, pool, open dining etc. The cook Akki and Her daughter tried their hand on various types of cuisine for us and Cooke delicious food. Also it’s recommended to reach the place before 4:00 PM on first day so that you can give instructions to cook on what will you have for Dinner. Although we arrived late but staff still scrambled and managed to cook food at the table They had huge lawn, Swimming pool for Kids to play and they also converted dining table to TT table and Played Table Tennis.

− Some minor hiccups I.e Only on first day, when we arrived late, there were limited no of thick blankets … and rest were thin blankets. They corrected the same Next day immediately when we told them. WiFi is not consistent. You need to have 4G on phone and cannot trust the WiFi connectivity. However it allowed kids in family to get away from phone and spend time playing together.
