− Fiz a reserva pelo booking para meu sobrinho, fiz o pagamento no cartão, deixei tudo pronto para quando ele chegasse de viagem pudesse descansar. Ao chegar no hotel, quase 1 da manhã, o funcionário do hotel não encontrava o pagamento e ficou pedindo para que pagasse novamente pelo pix, mesmo sendo mostrado a confirmação do pagamento, precisou me ligar neste horário, para que só então o funcionário procurasse melhor e encontrasse. Não pediram nem desculpas e nem flexibilização um pedido para estender a diária até as 14h.
