7.0− Zu dunkel im Hinterhof. Es war Herbst und die Kastanien sind mit lautem Schlag( auch natürlich Nachts) aufs Blechdach gefallen.

7.0Die Kommunikation mit dem Buchungsservice war effizient und einfach. Mit dem Türcode war es einfach hineinzukommen. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke sehr gut und auch verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden. In der Straße gab es einige schöne Essgelegenheiten und ein paar andere schöne Läden.
− Im Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus war es morgens leider sehr laut durch spielende Kinder. Der Boden im Appartment war insgesamt nicht besonders sauber. Wenn man barfuß durch die Wohnung gegangen ist, dann waren die Füße voll von Staub/Dreck. Wenn wir wirklich hätten kochen wollen, dann wäre die Küche dafür nicht so besonders gut ausgestattet. Wir haben aber in der Wohnung fast nur übernachtet und waren viel außer Haus. Die Auscheckzeit war mit 10 Uhr für uns relativ früh.

8.0Die Lage ist super, beste Anbindung zu Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof Südkreuz und damit auch zum Flughafen. Das Appartment liegt im Hinterhof und ist dadurch schön ruhig und kühl, was in unserem Fall bei einer Außentemperatur von über 35 Grad sehr angenehm war. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat sogar zwei Ventilatoren. Ausreichend Handtücher standen zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ok. Bei so vielen tollen Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung ist das nicht so wichtig. Der Bezirk Schöneberg- Tempelhof überzeugt durch viel Grün, alternative Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Biergarten. Super Ausgangslage für einen Sightseeing Besuch in der Hauptstadt. Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
− Insgesamt ist die Wohnung etwas dunkel, was bei heißem Wetter aber auch von Vorteil ist.
