− The rooms were cold and the air conditioners did not work properly. The owner should consider putting electric blankets.
It was not what we expected.
1.0− They reused things. Muffins, scones, croissants were frozen and reheated each day. The only things my kids could eat were stale. They do not cater to vegetarians.
