L’emplacement est bon, au cœur de friedrichain mais dans une rue calme. Nombreux bars, cafés et restaurants aux alentours.

− Nous n’avons pas été prévenus par le loueur que l’immeuble est entièrement en travaux. Un énorme échafaudage baché barre toutes les fenêtres. Des ouvriers tapaient à la masse dès 7h du matin, juste derrière les vitres de notre chambre. Les fenêtres elle-même étaient bâchées et scotchées. Impossible d’aérer l’appartement pendant une semaine. Impossible de travailler avec ce bruit, impossible de dormir. Le loueur était pourtant au courant car quand nous sommes arrivés, il y avait des bouchons d’oreilles posés sur nos lits. Dès le lendemain, nous l’avons contacté, il a d’abord proposé une solution de relogement, puis s’est ravisé en nous disant que finalement il n’avait pas de logement disponible. En dédommagement du fait qu’il avait omis de nous prévenir, il nous a finalement accordé un « geste commercial » de 50€. Sur un séjour à 1000 € pendant lequel nous avons vécu tous volets fermés et bouchons dans les oreilles. Impossible d’avoir vraiment quelqu’un au téléphone. Ils disent que le concept est entièrement digital, je pense que pendant toute nos conversations nous avons en fait eu affaire à une IA. Aucune empathie pour notre situation, des réponses formatées pour nous dire qu’ils sont désolés, mais qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire. Les travaux durent depuis longtemps donc ils sont au courant. Ce logement ne devrait pas être loué en l’état. Ou alors les locataires doivent être prévenus, ce qui n’est pas le cas. Attention, les travaux ne sont pas du tout finis. Donc tous les prochains locataires vont vivre la même expérience que nous. Je suis aussi furieux contre Booking qui, malgré nos demandes n’ont absolument rien fait pour nous défendre ou nous aider. Donc si cette annonce reste en ligne sur la plate-forme, cela veut dire que Booking gagne de l’argent sur une arnaque en connaissance de cause. Honte à eux.

Easy 5 Stars for me. Quality stay = seamless checkin checkout. Beautiful location with restaurants/bars near but not noisy, public transport close by, but nice to walk around too, not far from centre. Inside very clean, great shower, stocked kitchen, cosy beds and spacious layout. Came for the Marathon and would go back again! Walking distance to East Wall Gallery and Berghain. Handy getting in/out to airport.

Fantastic stay in Berlin — highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped, and the location was excellent. I loved the neighbourhood and its atmosphere, and it was very easy to get around and access everything from there. The self check-in system was fantastic. Having access codes instead of having to deal with keys made everything incredibly easy and convenient. One of the highlights for me was having a washing machine in the apartment. Being able to wash my clothes during a longer trip was honestly a game changer and something I really appreciated. The only small suggestion I would have is to have a little more lighting in the corridor/entrance leading to the room, as it was quite dark. However, I understand that this may be related more to the building itself than to the apartment. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints. Everything was excellent, comfortable and convenient. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Berlin.
