− Beim Checkin wurde nicht alles erfasst, dies wurde dann spaeter abgewickelt Zuviele Policys Hotel sieht in den Kunden keine erwachsenen Leute Obwohl ich ein Nichtraucher Zimmer bestellte sollte ich noch eine Policy unterschreiben, dass ich nicht rauche (Kindergarten, die Kunden werden nicht fuer voll genommen(

5.0The pool area was brilliant, and the staff were really nice. Rooms are starting to see it's age but in general it's well kept and good enough.
− The internet in the hotel was dreadful, and didn't work one single day of my stay. It may be working great on other days and I was just unlucky, but please note for anyone who has a remote job. The staff said it was due to the recent building collapse, but my friend said he had the same problem in February but I don't know either way. This combined by the not so great mobile internet in Angeles made me basically unable to do any of my remote work for the entire stay which was frustrating. It was also construction work from 1 PM to 3 PM which is not really an issue, except that they started making noise two of the days at 8 AM and I also didn't see anything about this when I booked my room but maybe I missed something.
