1.0− Do not book this place, my passport was stolen from my room. The staff have been very unhelpful during the whole process I am in the process of reporting to the police. The manager who was in Canada at the time told me that I am scamming people ???when I was trying to get in touch for him to help me try and retrieve my passport back by speaking to his staff. He also told me that he does not care for a bad review as it is off season now and there will be new management. Horrible experience which is impacted my holiday.

− Had paid extra for a deluxe room, got a standard room, presumably they gave our room to somebody else. No tv, just 4 holes in the wall where the bracket to support it should have been.
