− Climatizzatore non rinfrescava bene, la camera era calda. Non vengono fornite le ciabatte da camera. Scarso interessamento da parte del responsabile.

− You will have little/no contact with hotel. The room (4) is particularly small. Our AC broke on the second night, it was fixed but it wasn’t pleasant. Bathroom is of a good size, but shower is tiny, oh and if you want to use top shower head you have to climb to turn the ‘switch’ Cleanliness is a particular issue, rooms need painting and need a deep clean, you’ll find dust many areas.
