10.0Unbeatable location The building is nice, exceptionally clean, and feels completely secure. The room is big enough , exactly like the picture , having a fridge, a coffee machine, and a kettle right in the room. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back.

8.0We loved the location of this hotel and the communication with our host was quick and easy! Is about a 5 minute walk to the closest metro station. They provided recommendations to local area to eat and visit. We did a few of the recommendations and had great experiences and food! Room was easy to access, despite us arriving after receptionist hours. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after check out so that we could still explore the city without pulling two big bags with us!
− The air conditioner didn't seem to actually be cooling to the level indicated on it, so it was a little warm, but not unbearable. We visited in early October, so not sure how it would be in the dead of summer heat!
Great location, lovely building. However compact room with a couple of issues.
7.0Location was great, right near the Spanish steps and walkable to the majority of landmarks. Room was small and the pictures did not suggest it would be this size. With a cot in there it was very tight.
− The shower was quite poor and required finding a switch above the the rainfall shower to switch this on which did not then fully change to this mode. Was quite dangerous to get to this. When communicating with the staff it was difficult to get this resolved and we made do with the other shower setting. There was one stage where some guests arrived to stay and were clearly not aware of the check in process and were confrontational when I did not allow them to tailgate me into the property. There was no staff to greet them and put us in an awkward position.

7.0La ubicación es inmejorable y por eso, tiene una buena puntuación. También es verdad que todos los días tienen servicios de habitaciones (hacen la cama, cambian las toallas…). Pero también hay cosas regulares. El baño no tragaba bien, la ducha tenía una potencia horrorosa y cuando entramos, no estaba “100% limpio”. No es barato, por eso esta humilde opinión.
− A todo el baño hay que darla una lavadita de cara. Estaría mejor limpiar más a fondo.

− Room was very small for the price. Kitchen refrigerator ran out of water the first day and was never restocked. WiFi kept disconnecting..very spotty.
