Amazing customer service
10.0Amazing customer service from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out! Rey in customer service was very understanding and empathetic. Housekeeping smiled and greeted us every time they saw us in the hallway. The staff at the Carnival Buffet kept the environment organized, clean, and enjoyable. They provided outstanding customer service from the moment we were seated, to the amazing omelet station, to the attentive servers at our table. Carmelo at the swimup bar went above and beyond for me and my husband. He always had a smile on his face and treated everyone as though they were special. I even shared with him that I wasn't happy with Peter's customer service at another bar and how it made me feel. Carmelo assured me that it wasn't anything personal and then made me the best piña colada I've ever had! He made it his mission to turn around the one small negative experience I had with another employee. Anyone could tell that Carmelo truly enjoys his job. Staff members like Carmelo truly make a vacation memorable, and I can't wait to come back to Dreams Onyx with the rest of my family in the future!

Excellent family resort
10.0We were a group of 14 (8 adults & 6 children) and never had a problem. We were accommodated everywhere we went. The resort is clean, and the service is very good. So much to do for families.

10.0Very good very fun, food is good service was very good. The restaurants are very enjoyable, nice, and great service. The hibachi restaurant takes the cake with having lots of energy to it. Rooms are very nice and having the preferred option was awesome. The breathless resort was very good and entertaining. Most workers are helpful. Starling was awesome to have. The main pools music could be better but everywhere else even the live singers were awesome. Amazing experience and I highly recommend to others. Rooms are very nice and beds are very comfortable. Plenty of towels and room service is awesome.
Great Staff
8.0Staff was excellent and pools are great. Bad time for beach but pools made up for it. Kendry took care of us for breakfast /unch and Peter was a top notch bartender at the splash pool swim up bar
