10.0ホテル内サービスはとても良い。唯一、園内シャトルバスのバス停がエントランスの前を通過して遠いバス停になるため雨日は濡れる。

10.0新婚旅行で泊まった以来25年振りのホテルヨーロッパでしたが、雰囲気もスタッフの優しさも変わらず本当に楽しめました。宿泊者限定の運河一周サービスもとても良かったです。ラウンジでコーヒーを飲んでいたら、演奏が誕生日を祝う曲が流れてきて、誕生日の方を周りのお客さんも一緒になって拍手でお祝いされていたことがとても素敵だな〜って思いました。とても素敵な思い出をありがとうございました。

10.0昨年の秋に宿泊し、また来ました。 今回は、ヨーロッパに、朝食付きで楽しみに宿泊しました。 気品さは素晴らしい。 ただ、1つ枕に短い髪の毛がついていたのが残念でしたが、あとは満足でした。孫も娘もリピーター希望しています。 以前より、賑やかになっているように感じました。店も空き店舗が減って明るくなっているように感じました。設立時のあの頃までにはいかないですが、サービスや割引等取り入れて、頑張って欲しいです！
