かしこまらず、ゆっくりくつろげました。 夜ご飯のおかずの種類も多く、子供にも気を配ったメニューもあり、ありがたかったです。 コロナ対策の換気か、少し寒かったです。

小さな子どもを二人連れての初めての旅行でした。 民泊なので色々わからない事があり、事前に数回直接電話したりしました。 部屋のタイプは貸し切りのコテージを用意するとの事でした。 トイレやお風呂も付いていて、アメニティーグッズなどもあるとの事でした。 民泊なのに驚きましたが、そういう条件なら小さな子どもでも大丈夫と思い宿泊の予約をしました。 そもそも部屋にお風呂やトイレがないなら宿泊しないつもりでした。 事前の電話ではそのことを相談して伝えてありました。 しかし実際に行ってみると、事情があってコテージの部屋が用意出来ないと言われ、急な階段のある二階の部屋を案内されました。 もちろんお風呂もトイレもありませんでした。 旅行の三日前にも電話で話しているのですが、せめてその時に貸し切りが無理なら知らせて欲しかったです。 到着した時に知らされても、こちらはどうしようもありません。 仕方無しに泊まるしかありませんでした。 子ども二人連れての階段の昇り降りが大変で、下の子は2歳で勝手に部屋を出てうろうろしたりするので、階段から落ちるのではないかと気が気ではありませんでした。 せめて一階の部屋を用意すべきではないですか？ 何度も電話で小さな子どもがいると伝えているのですから。 部屋にはアメニティーグッズなど一切なく、お風呂場も共同なので家族四人がゆっくり使えるような感じではなく、外に出て温泉施設に行きました。 トイレもお部屋も大変汚く清掃もされていませんでした。 どんな事情があったのかわかりませんが、事前に話していた条件が変わったのなら正直に連絡するべきではないですか？ 「お盆で予約がいっぱいなので」は理由にならないです。

If you're looking for a swank hotel, then this is not you're looking for. However, if you are looking for an excellent place to stay with gracious hosts and family, then this is a perfect spot in Tanabe. We stayed here on 10/24-25 to hike Kumano Kodo trail. Koushi and Chiyoko were extremely gracious hosts and treated us like family while we were there. They went "beyond the call of duty" to help us in finding a lost jacket left on the train and they made sure we were safe all along the way. The food was excellent and I highly suggest eating your meals there. I can't say enough to tell you how much we enjoyed staying there.

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ).
