A cute apartment with mid-level comfort in a quiet area of Salzburg close to the train station.
6.0The location of this apartment was a highlight. It was a very quiet street above a little restaurant. The layout and number of beds in this apartment were good. They had fans in the bedrooms which was a positive. The kitchen was well stocked with a table big enough to fit all 6 of our family, including 3 generations. The hosts were responsive.
− The mattresses were quite thin and caused us to be able to feel the support slats beneath it which was quite uncomfortable. They did come in to the apartment to deliver a couple items to us and while they were there they did some maintenance on the hot water heater (which broke it and caused us to not have hot water in our apartment for the last 2 days.) They were able to let us use the apartment that they also host upstairs for showers for the remaining time, we were grateful that was an option, but if that apartment had been rented out and we were left without hot water that would have been a really big negative. There was no drying rack for the clothes so we had to hang our laundry all over the apartment with provided hangers to dry.
