8.0Un excelente lugar de escapada de fin de semana en pareja, lamentablemente hay servicios que mencionan en su sitio de internet pero no tienen en funcionamiento como es el temazcal, sauna y vapor. fuera de ese detalle el lugar es excelente

6.0Por la temporada había exceso de usuarios del hotel y poco personal para la atención. Lo que provocó que nos atendieran 1 hora después de estar sentada en el bar; por la afluencia de gente la alberca estaba muy sucia: había muchísimos niños sin supervisión y el personal del hotel no les importaba
