Peaceful and people.

− We couldn't swim in the pool!!! need a large mirror and more hangers for clothes.

Very close to the springs

The properties is an older nostalgia motel. The property is very close to the springs.

− You can tell the properties were bigger a few years back. They do lack a bit of maintenance, but overall a good experience.

Dirty. Bed and pillows smell like the Warm Mineral Springs.

Really warm welcome upon arrival. Loads of potential for this to be a great property

− DIRTY. As in DIRTY. I am on the road 365 days per year. Dirtiest motel I have been in for the past 2 years. I brought in and used my own sheets, bedding and towels after looking at the stained sheets and blankets. Not sure how great of an idea that is as now my bedding smells like the Warm Mineral Springs (actual springs) and still smells like that after a couple of hot-water washes. Seems the previous guests were avid spring users and potentially did not shower off the 'fragrance' before bed??? Both the mattress and pillows all had a strong odor. I booked for 2 nights and checked out after the first. I couldn't even stomach showering here. The water was greenish coming out the sink and shower -- I'm guessing it has something to do with the springs??? It has SO MUCH POTENTIAL. A scrub brush and bucket of Lysol used on the interior doors, walls, shower, sink and floors would be a great start.
