9.0La atención del personal al ingreso es excepcional, Laura fue extremadamente amable y nos orientó sobre los sitios para visitar en Santa Marta. Otro chico de la recepción fue muy atento con nosotros todo el tiempo.
− Ya que salíamos temprano, nos dieron el desayuno para llevar. Pero, considero que pueden consultar qué fruta prefiere y la bebida (agua o jugos en caja).
Estancia perfecta. Muy recomendable.
10.0El trato del personal impecable desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con todo. La habitación muy limpia y el desayuno completo. Bonito rooftop para tomar algo al atardecer.

− Las paredes son en drywall entonces se escucha mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones
