10.0中心地から離れていると言われていたので、ここにするかどうか迷っていました。 でもガガーリン公園のほぼ横で、栄光広場のすぐ目の前でした。他にも動物園や旧樺太神社、山の空気展望台、勝利広場など、中心地から少し離れた観光地にも歩いて行けて、結果的にこの場所でよかったです。ユジノサハリンスク駅も徒歩20分〜25分程度で。市内観光は全て徒歩で回れました。 ホテルもとても清潔で快適でした。

8.0Clean and quiet, close proximity to Gorny Vozdukh, discount for skiers, spacius rooms, limited breakfast, good wifi. I always stay when visit Sakhalin here. Complimentary water and tea. They can store your luggage after check-out even if its bulky ski equipment.

10.0This is a good honest hotel, staff were very friendly and informative, rooms tastefully decorated and clean, wifi was ok and free, location is great for Yuzhno. I'd recommend . Reasonably priced, restaurant was basic but food was always prompt, hot and tasty.

Pleasurable stay
8.0Stayed here whilst on a work trip. Staff were very helpful and the location to various attractions is good. The food and service was pretty average I thought until I stayed in a couple of other establishments during other trips. I would now say it is pretty good in comparison with many other places in Sakhalin.
