− Television picture quality is not good.

− No towels in arrival Received 3 sets of towels that were either smooth that they looked like sheets, or were totally ripped and filthy. The security guard was used as the person running up and down to sort things out. Breakfast complete failure, despite booking halal breakfast and confirming it at check-inn, nothing was catered and we simply just received blank stares No secure parking
