− They sold us a tour with 3rd party with was expensive but not good. And did not take our feedback very seriously

10.0I loved my stay at La Fiermontina. From the moment I mentioned that I had stayed at their other property in Morocco, the team made me feel truly welcomed and surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to Suite Antonia, which was wonderful. The property is beautiful, elegant, and full of soul. One unforgettable highlight was the exceptional museum tour given by the owner, who shared a moving story of love, passion, madness, and forgiveness through beautifully curated artwork. Dinner was also a great experience, with Alessandro taking wonderful care of us, and Francesca was simply amazing, solving everything in real time with warmth and efficiency.
− I wish the spa was at the property.

− La habitación recibida no se corresponde con una suite en un hotel 5estrellas , y las fotos de la página llevan a la confusión . Había dos suites con el mismo nombre y precio y muy diferente prestación . En mi casa salón y dormitorio era un sólo espacio y no tenía jardin-terraza ( puede que la otra si como aparece en la publicidad )
