9.0Het hotel heeft een hele fijne sfeer en het bijbehorende restaurant is voortreffelijk

2.0Nah am Bahnhof
− 1 Zimmer war nicht geputzt, Kühlschrank dreckig, Badezimmer dreckig, sehr heiß, keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilator-der war nicht angemacht, das ganze Bett quietschte bei jeder Bewegung, Frühstück einfach, an einer Wand hing ein Willkommensbrief mit Info, das wars. Am nächsten Tag zog ich in ein anderes Zimmer, wenigstens sauber, aber Probleme im Bad und Toilette, zum Schluss sollte ich einen hohen Betrag für meinen Hund zahlen und für spezielle Reinigung-eine Frechheit, meine Zimmerkarte ging auch einmal nicht, Personal war wenig anwesend, nach 3 Tagen wurde einmal gereinigt.
Schöne Zimmer, sehr schöne Lage aber etwas zu teuer.

− Keine Klimaanlage, eher teuer für das gebotene. Frühstück eher teuer.

7.0Mhmm, nachdem wir nach 16 Stunden Aufenthalt, dass erstmal jemanden aus Fleisch und Blut angetroffen haben, war die Dame sehr freundlich und bemüht!!!
− - Einchecken (Info, dass man online einchecken muss, kam 1,5 Stunden nach Ankunft) - sollten doppelt zahlen, da dass System die Zahlung über Booking auch nach 2 Wochen noch nicht verarbeitet hatte - telefonisch niemand erreichbar, da Bürozeiten von 7-11 Uhr, schlecht, wenn man doch erst ab 15 Uhr einchecken kann - Preis-Leistung funktioniert so nicht

10.0Tolles Ambiente, sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel, sehr gutes Restaurant mit Bio und regionalem Konzept, das Frühstück war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Vor allem konnte man bei schönem Wetter im Innenhof frühstücken vom Frühstücksbuffet her lieben keine Wünsche offen
