10.0A REAL delicious breakfast, including locally roasted coffee, prepared for you and delivered to your table. It is a quiet place that feels like you are visiting friends. We felt so welcome there. It is about 10 minutes from Capitol Reef National Park. The Inn offered off-road tours, and they seemed to be experts in fly fishing. The rooms were top notch.

Not quite as expected but made up for it with beautiful views and excellent breakfast.

− Not quite as pictured. This is a bed and breakfast with 3 floors and no elevator. The set up of the bathroom on the top floor is odd and literally blocks Off the bedrooms when in use.
