Overall, the hotel is relatively clean. However, the toilet, flooring, and furniture show signs of discoloration and wear. If you’re just looking for a place to rest for the night, it’s definitely a decent and recommended option.

− Is quite warm in the capsule. Temperature can slightly adjust to cooler. Female toilet & shower room lock needs to do maintenance. Almost stuck inside.

Even though it was too cold to stay, it's worthy in terms of the service and travel distance.

I like the bed and the pillows because they all look clean without any stains. The facilities in the bathroom are also functioning well, including the hairdryer and water heater. The water pressure is super good, the water does not smell chlorine, and I did not experience skin itchiness after bathing there. There are two types of toilets in the hotel, so no worries if you are a person who feels more comfortable using a squatting toilet or a sitting toilet. Most importantly, the receptionist and the hotel employees are friendly, patient, and helpful. The lobby in the hotel also has a water dispenser to refill plain water, which I like the most because I can avoid getting bottled mineral water repeatedly. The different types of lights in the room are also adding points, as you can adjust the brightness of the room according to your preference. Last but not least, staying here is also very convenient because Terminal Bus Sungai Nibong is near the hotel, and you can enjoy different foods at the Oriental Forest Food Hub downstairs.

− Everyone had to keep their shoes in a locker provided and wear the slippers belonging to the hotel every time they entered the room and bathroom, so it was a bit inconvenient each time you left the hotel. We wore the slippers whenever we went to the bathroom, so they were in a wet condition almost all the time (I guess that's why I found out that the slippers were a bit smelly). I felt uncomfortable because there was no bathroom mat outside the room. I had to be quiet or speak very softly because the soundproofing in the room was not good. The air conditioning in the room was too cold to the extent that I had already rotated the switch to make the wind smaller, but the whole room still made me feel freezing cold. Although the bedsheet was thick, it was not enough for me to keep me warm. I had to wear socks at night because it was too cold. I tried to stop the air conditioning by taking out the hotel card, but it was useless because the air conditioning was still working.
