Lovely stay in Santiago de Compostela
8.0We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Clara hotel, very pleasant & helpful staff, great location to centre of the Old town & beautiful cathedral, shops, restaurants & bars ❣️ Beautiful garden area to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine! Bus to & from the airport costs only €1 per person & stops right by the hotel both ways, brilliant value
− A fridge in the room to have cold drinks as the weather was 31'degrees, also having no Air conditioning but we did have a fan !

4.0Cheap price but not worth the facilities.
− The old pillows and mattress . I caught bed bugs here , don't suggest this hotel as it's very basic per 1 star rating . Room 102 needs a new mattress and pillows - at least for a 1 start they should be the best quality ! Staff did change the linen & said they didn't see bed bugs . Of course not as they only appear at night & they are usually on the side of the mattress depends on their grow stage too. It was super noisy from the traffic and there is no aircon so window needs to be opened .
