Bad customer service
1.0The property is beautiful. I got a good look around waiting 2 hours for reception to unlock the door. I called and emailed every number I had through booking with no response. Fast forward to the hotel was closed. I was able to complete a booking and get messages about my upcoming stay .

− Rented two places; both had problems with bathrooms. Shower water had brown water and it was clogged so had to use only one bathroom. Inconvenient
