5.0− En la mañana habia unos obreros encima haciendo reparaciones y nada lazos con el horario llegue a las 2 de la madrugada y me hicieron entrrgar la habitacion como si hubiera llegado normal

2.0Las instalaciones son bonitas pero están completamente descuidadas.
− La experiencia en este hotel fue pésima desde el minuto 0. Al reservar hicimos la pregunta por el parqueadero y nunca recibimos respuesta. Al llegar al check in alrededor de las 3 de la tarde la señora de la recepción nos dice que debemos esperar porque está almorzando. Lo hicimos sin problema, pero mi hija y mi madre necesitaban usar un baño luego de un viaje largo y el personal de aseo no quiso abrir los baños en las zonas sociales. Dejo aquí en este comentario lo que no se dice al ofertar este alojamiento: 1. El parqueadero se reduce a 5 espacios para al menos más de 10-20 habitaciones. Así que usted debe saber que si llega y no hay parqueadero le toca dejarlo fuera y el hotel le hace firmar un documento donde no se responsabiliza. 2. Usted firma un documento donde libra de obligaciones al hotel durante toda su estancia. Y en el cual renuncia a cualquier derecho de devolución de dinero. 3. Si usted no lleva efectivo le cobran 5% adicional si necesita hacer uso del datáfono. 4. Las fotos no corresponden a las dimensiones reales de la piscina, esta es pequeña, sin duchas ni vestidores. Además de la carga impresionante de cloro. Mi hija de 9 años solo la uso dos horas el día por lo fuerte que le sentó el primer día. 5. La limpieza muy regular las duchas con baldosas con sarro. 6. El desayuno demasiado pobre y ni decir de la mala atención del personal. Lo barato sale caro y en una próxima visita prefiero invertirle a un mejor hospedaje en el municipio como Waka Hotel y no tener una mala experiencia por ahorrar unos pesos.

− En la habitación no es funcional la ventana. El desayuno es muy básico
agradabel y confortable
10.0la habitacion del hotel excelenete, limpia y muy amplia, la atencion muy buena son muy amables, el desayuno no esta mal pero podria mejorar por lo demas el hotel cumplio mis espectativas apesar de que duramos una sola noche y fue de paso.
