8.0I loved the view and quiet! The room was clean and the box fan was great for keeping the room cool and some white noise. The only issue is the bed was extremely soft and my husband prefers a firm mattress for his back.

10.0Great location, decent view, quiet. Had to drive to Newport for groceries and wait at local restaurants was 1-2 hours for dinner. Whale watching opps were great!!
