Exceptional Comfort in the Heart of Old Quarter
10.0Everything from check in to check out was excellent! I arrived at Hanoi early in the morning and they managed to get me a room with no extra charge, which was so nice! Through my entire stay, Don was available to me through WhatsApp, providing suggestions of things to do, answering my questions, even delivering cold towels for my sunburnt legs! The people who work at Bespoke really went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. My first room was small, but expected in Hanoi, and for the comfort of the bed, shower and A/C I didn’t mind at all, but they still ended up upgrading me to a larger room which was a quite big and had a lovely city view! The breakfast and spa were also really great. Location was right by train street so everything in old quarter was walkable, but it was tucked down a quiet little alley which was so nice! Would highly recommend!

10.0An unexpected nice stay. The room with no window is still roomy and cozy. Everything is clean and suitable for a relaxing holiday. Every staff is friendly and helpful. There is a wide variety of breakfast choices and it’s delicious. We want to thank Tom especially. Knowing that we need to stay for extra night due to typhoon, he offered a lot of help. We were so surprised to get the small gift and even breakfast box! I definitely will place this hotel to the first place when I come to Ha Noi next time.

10.0The rooms are nicely styled and a good size . The breakfast was amazing and the staff were really helpful. The connected Spa was great value for money. The hotel is in a great location near to train street with plenty of good restaurants nearby.
