− Cucarachas bebé en la habitación (no les culpo, las encuentras por todas partes...pero subíana la cama), muchísimo ruido de la calle cercana, karaoke muy ruidoso, las paredes son muy finas y se oye todo. El desayuno era bastante pobre y estaba todo frío.

3.0Availability of the guys in the kitchen
− Air-condition was not working. We spent 40 mins to do the check-in, because the receptionist was new and could not manage the booking corectly. No bottle opener available we asked in the kitchen. No hdmi cable to connect the tv to laptop , we brought ours and forgot it there and they did not even bother to check when we called to ask if it's there plugged in the TV.
