− Breakfast choice is terrible, extremely limited. This is a very poor four star hotel. Many issues with the room. Room had been prepped before arrival but no shower gel/shampoo filled up. Humungus uncomfortable pillow, paid for a double bed, said it would be sorted, got given two singles which I was sinking in the middle of, duvet cover stuffed in the cupboard without the cover put on??? Glasses in bathroom not cleaned. Very poor lighting in room

8.0Das Zimmer war groß und modern eingerichtet auf die stra0enseite geschaut mit seht gute Klimaanlage, Frühstück s gut mit viel Auswahl. Unterm Hotel ist auch eine Tiefgarage was für die Hotelgäste im Preis inkludiert ist .

4.0Gute Ausstattung, alles was man braucht. Zimmer war groß und gute Aussicht, Bett wirkte sauber. Beim frühen Auschecken aufgrund der Sauberkeitsmängel gab es keine Probleme mit der Rückerstattung des restlichen Preises.
− Das Zimmer war an sich sehr dreckig und man hat gesehen, dass die Hygiene über die Jahre nicht korrekt durchgeführt wurde: Vor allem das Bad war absolut nicht sauber, der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken war komplett verkalkt und die Duschbrause war wirklich widerlich mit Grünspan und Kalk überzogen, als wäre er jahrelang nicht sauber gemacht worden. Insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Toilettensitz alt und abgesessen, stumpf und auch dieser wurde nicht fachgerecht sauber gemacht, in den Rillen war Dreck. Wir haben uns dadurch so unwohl gefühlt, dass wir nach einem Tag ausgecheckt haben, da uns das Hotel kein anderes Zimmer oder andere Lösungsmöglichkeiten anbieten wollte. Selbst nach „Reinigung“ der Mängel durch die Reinigungskräfte konnte man kaum von annehmbarer Sauberkeit sprechen. Das Hotel hat zudem keine Möglichkeit einer Parkkarte, sodass man jedes Mal aufs Neue einen Parkschein ziehen musste, den man bei jedem Hinausfahren an der Rezeption entwerten lassen musste, unnötig kompliziert.
