− Al llegar preguntamos al personal de recepción que nos aconsejara un lugar donde cenar con vistas hacia la ciudad de Medellín y después de asegúranos que nos reservaban la cena en un Restaurant con vistas resultó que NO tenía ni vistas ni terraza. Cenamos tocando a un parking de coches. Ellos posiblemente iban a comisión… Muy mala impresión solo llegar a Medellín.

− They should put more emphasis on the breakfast. As I'm a traveler who visit some hotels in Laureles, this has the poorest breakfast presentation. Price of the hotel should reflect somehow on the breakfast.
Excelente ubicación
9.0Ubicación privilegiada, cerca de Super, restaurante, iglesia, zona muy segura. Desayuno variado y a pesar de estar en alta ocupación, el personal muy atento y anuente a colaborar. Cheking muy rápido.
− Al momento de nuestra estancia el hotel estaba lleno y la habitación que nos asignaron la primera noche, la cama era súper incómoda. De la segunda noche nos ubicaron en otra habitación que si era cómoda y tal cual como la había reservado en la aplicación.
