4.0When you walk into the room is clean I give them that I have a roll of toilet paper two towels no daily room service. We had garbage in our room from Friday until we left. It was still there Sunday. The comforter has cigarette burns all over it no chairs to sit in. We had a guy next to us that kept yelling welcome to hell welcome to hell the whole time we came in and out of the room, other than that, it was just swell.

6.0The hot water in shower took too long to get warm. It stayed liuke warm and never got hot The sink drain was very slow, it just needs drano. It would be nice to have a coffee maker and coffee, sugar and creamer in the room

4.0Only one wash cloth for two people. Barely any hot water. Toilet paper holder was broke. No handsoap.

6.0Room was clean. Everything works. 1 clothes hook on door, no where else to hang clothes. Front desk guy hates his life, and you too. One key only for the room. It was like pulling teeth to get extra coffee, shampoo and a towel.
