10.0I didn’t get the young gentleman’s name that was at the front desk but he had the perfect mustache he’s very friendly and also very professional this is customer service at its best

− Was in the king suite. I feel they should put a curtains up to separate the rooms for sleeping and privacy. The king bed needs to be replaced there felt like there was a hole in the mattress.
We didn’t even stay! We walked in assessed the horrible state of the room and the smell and we marched right back to the
1.0Nothing it was disgusting!!
− It was 100% not as expected or advertised. It was advertised as a HOTEL but was a MOTEL. It was musty, moldy, and covered in nasty stains. No manual lock on the door so we felt so unsafe!
