9.0É nossa 2a vez no flat itararé e virou nossa hospedagem oficial na Baixada Santista, muito bem localizado, os funcionarios educadissimos, com ótimo custo benefício.
− a cozinha podia ser mais equipada
vale a pena. minha segunda vez la. pontos a melhorar, mas no geral, recomendo e voltarei.
7.0portaria muito simpatica e solicita . localização ótima. ar condicionado bom e não barulhento. varios locais para guardar as roupas . cama grande.
− cafe da manhã esta bem mais simples do que da ultima vez. berço que pedi extra estava encardido, os travesseiros a tempos não sao lavados e estao manchados (ou se lavaram não sairam as manchas, mas a roupa de cama estava limpinha e cheirosa) e o banheiro esta vazando agua . a cadeira da sala esta com a perna quebrada. poderia ter mais utensilios de cozinha, pois quem viaja com criança as vezes precisa preparar algo...só tem um microondas e um frigobar. Se tivesse uma fritadeira , uma panela eletrica , um fogão por indução ajudariam muito.
